Oil Painting Effect + Circle Paint +
Image Blending
This picture started as a simple Christmas
picture, and ended up as a Thomas-Kinkade-like painting.
This was done by using the Oil Paint Effect on the original,
then using the Circle Paint Effect on the original, after which
the two were blended in Overlay Mode. The Original Image
was then also blended (also in overlay mode) with the result to
add back just a touch of definition.
