Effects (Oil Paint) and Blending Example

This image was created by using the Oil Paint, then blending it with the Circle Paint in "Overlay" mode in the Blending function.  The original image was then partially blended back in to the result to bring back some clarity.

Note the texture and brush strokes in the image.
